I loved God's Country, but I have to say I felt like Chat Pile still had some room to grow in that album. Cool World feels like Chat Pile doing that growth. There's a lot of departures from Chat Pile's typical sound here and it works. The sound of this album is perfectly brutal and beautiful. I'll definitely be coming back again and again.
Heavenly experience. The way the album starts out slow and then glitches more and more until becoming unleashed in screaming and static is such a great experience and that ending is beautiful. It feels like an evolution of concepts and ideas Uboa has explored before but now mastered.

This year has been one of the best years for music possibly ever. This is my probably my second favorite Jpegmafia album. I'll be honest I came in to this one expecting it to suck or be mediocre and was blown away.
