The production on this album sounds so amazing and will never get old. Lupe has an amazing voice and amazing verses all around to go with it. No weak songs whatsoever on this.

There are many things I can say about this album, and I'll start with my biggest gripe which is Drake himself. Definetly his weakest mixtape not really adding anything new or interesting into the mix, but It does it's job and is overall pretty decent.

Going on a Joey streak right now LMAO
I think that this album has some high highs while also being consistent. It feels like a new step Joey has taken with great beats and flows combined with good rapping skills on almost every song. (With what the title and album cover is obviously referencing) it almost feels like 1999 but upgraded with thing's he's learned throughout his career.

This is where Joey applied his mixtapes and combined them with more meaning, personality, and thoughtfulness to make an overall really solid album. While none of the songs really stood out to me, none of them were what I would consider bad. Consistency is sometimes something you need even more in an album than a few songs better than all the others sprinkled in, and I think this album achieves that quite well.
