Limp Bizkit start to develop their distinct style here. The thing is I'm not blown away by anything here. The LP is just okay and if anything just much safer than their debut.
Every track is filled with powerful guitars amazing screamy vocals and mediocre lyrics. As someone would say peak limp Bizkit. I think that this is truly an underrated album by them. Yeah this whole thing is rough around the edges and a bit repetetive but it's doesn't overstay it's welcome.
I really enjoyed it. The album is definitely worse than Mezmerize but i see the double-album vision.
I love this record. Dawid is both a great vocalist and writer. There aren't really any skips. I can't say that this is a masterstroke, but does it matter? This is the pop music I'm willing to listen to.
