Screamerclauz's music is a lot like his filmography, it's usually pretty creative and pulls no punches, but it just as often kinda uncomfortable and distasteful, there's a couple bangers here like Porno Games and I Kick Ass For The Lord, but they're also on the same album is shit that's kinda hard to listen to like 3 West Memphis Second Graders, which samples an interview for an actual murder/abduction case of a bunch of 8 year old boys, it's kinda hard to ... read more
Bum biddy biddy biddy bum bum, bum biddy biddy biddy bum
Never really been a fan of Bad Bunny, partly because of the oversaturation of not just reggaeton over the last decade but especially of him, partly because I never really fucked with his previous albums, but this one actually left me pleasantly surprised, still not a masterpiece but it's easy to see more work went into making the production an interesting listen
It's baffling every time music critics all collectively decide "yeah, let's gas up mid!"
Ignoring all the Haylee pedophile shit, this is almost objectively unlistenable, almost half of the runtime is taken up by 2 tracks and it's all so fucking boring and drawn out that it's impossible to get through, I don't think anyone has ever managed to listen to the entire album
Even for how awful the recording quality is (and trust me, it's really fucking bad), there's some really competent instrumental work at play, had they some better recording equipment this probably would've been better, but the thing that really ruins it for me is the singing, the energy is there but it's almost comical most of the time and the tape doesn't mix the vocals and instrumentals properly so they just drown out everything else
All of the new tracks are somehow significantly worse than everything on the original album, a genuinely amazing feat for a deluxe version of an album, it's like Katy Perry and Dr. Luke had some dingleberries left from the turd and decided to drop em on us to guarantee them making worst release of the year
Imagine Tonetta if all he sung about was sex and weird kinks but wasn't anywhere near as good, that's about all you got here
This honestly would've been alright if not for the baffling and hilarious inclusion of a cover of Murder on my Mind, that shit was the funniest thing I've listened to in a hot minute
I only got bored like 7 minutes in which is honestly better than what I expected, but this really didn't need to be 10 minutes lmao
It's lile Based Negative Squad but it stays pretty funny because it's a merciful 20 minutes instead of over an hour long
Gotta give him a little bit of credit on this one, it's actually music, and I kinda don't hate it, but at it's best the album gives you an okay ambient noise track, other times it's just long bouts of mashing keys that almost resembles a melody, beats the majority of his work from the 90s but it's hard to recommend
for what was always gonna be an uninspired corporate christmas movie tie-in EP, this ain't that bad, Tyler really tries to make this listenable but obviously there's gonna be limitations when you're writing and performing for fucking Illumination's The Grinch
