after the mess the album rollout was, I kinda lost hope for the album or thought it was going to be his weakest yet. Man, I shouldn't have doubted you abel. This was actually a gorgeous first listen and it blew my expectations in every way possible. My expectations were not that high to begin with but this album really did it for me and was an amazing way to finish up this trilogy up. goodness this is great and I had to comeback to this. the production was fun, funky, unexpected, I can go on. I think this albums strongest value is the production.
I felt like i can actually hear him because FINALLY his voice isn't auto tuned and pitch corrected up to a point he sounds like a robot. this is what I want to see! everything about this is yes, yes, yes. I loved his vocal delivery on this song and this comes from someone who didn't like his vocals in his initial solo album from 2022. The production is great, it gets you thinking in the first parts of the songs until the chorus explodes in the best way possible. I enjoyed listening to this and I pray for the pharrell collab production.
