So meaty!
Jack Stauber sounds like no one else in the business right now. And if anyone has ever heard Buttercup you know he makes damn sure about it. The inflections he is able to pull song after song say a lot about Mr Stauber’s range and mastery of voice. Sometimes it sounds like a bunch of howling, until you see some purpose in that madness, and feel the emotions that a more conventional style couldn’t convey.

How much dastardly fun I had with this album.
Madvillainy sounds like a hip hop album made in the vein of 30s and 40s cartoons, with an old timey presenter and all, telling about the villanous adventures of Madvillain, a menace to society and the music industry. Cool rhymes, sick beats, and a whole lot of humour, Madvillainy sounds like something it shouldn't work, but it does.

Short but sweet, and with a lot of energy to boot. Will 2023 be the year for our homie? Time will tell but these first impressions are very promising
Who is King Geedorah? Known in Planet X as Monster Zero. He is the reason why we need to live underground like this. Sounds a lot like MF Doom though...
This album is the best example of how playful and inventive Mf Doom sampling is. The whole project sounds more less like a conventional rap album, and more like a musical version of Mystery Science Theater 3000, along with the humour it arises from watching old sci fi movies on your mom's couch at 3:00 am a thursday night.
