one of the most uplifting albums i've ever heard. beautiful all around

sonically and production wise their best work by far but man is it boring and repetitive. some of the lyricism genuinely sounds like if you just asked chatgpt to generate you a lord huron song.

my least favorite from their first 3 albums and by a pretty wide margin. maybe because the first two were comparatively softer instrumentally but it's still a great album. fire above, ice below is a 10/10 track
