this whole album feels like when you are vibing with a song in a car but your friend just snatched the aux and change it for countless times.
this album has a relatively smooth run until obligated singles from the label such as "yes, and?" and "we cant be friends" come on.
even though there is a notable song (Freeze Brain), most of these are just mish-mash. maybe i am not in the right mood.
It's competent but I do not have anything to write home about this project.
i dont want to put my experience into number for this one, i will just say i did not enjoy it as much as the majority does. however, the backstory still leaves an impression in me. god, i will cherish the internet forever.
It's really sad that this album ended with a Miss The Rage 4th-grade knock off lmao.
I actually was hypnotized with the first track. It feels like a Sun Kil Moon track if it has a less coherent lyrics and god-awful autotune. But three tracks of them is just crazy. It simply goes nowhere lmao.
This kinda grows on me a little bit. Not that crazy about it, but the whole project still feels like a nice trip.
I am really convinced now that the mixing is what actually hold this band into reaching their true potential. All the songs in this are really good, I can really feel the dynamics, and weirdly enough, I can also picture the air vibrating around the instruments being played. The album is totally vivid. Parannoul has achieved what they meant to do in recorded form by releasing this live album.
I finally get it.
