This album is wayyy overhyped. I still think Wayne’s rapping was solid on this record, but there’s too many gimmicky songs here for me to consider this a classic.
This is nice, but I don’t understand what makes this one of Gunn’s best.
So I guess we’re just putting SurrenderDorothy on the main Bones page now. Even calling it that is insanely generous. This guy has yet to make a good song this year and it’s disappointing considering how strong he ended last year.
If tracks 3-5 didn't suck so much dookie ass i don't think this album would be even half as hated as it was. Honestly better than pink tape
This album definitely gets stronger in the second half. the first half just hasn't aged well. It's mostly generic rage and nostalgia bait until Mama, I'm Sorry, after that everything but CS is pretty decent with some cool experimentation and smooth bangers.

I feel a little underwhelmed. It’s been over a year of waiting for a bunch of songs that just sound like ones DC has released in the past. Not bad songs but I was definitely expecting a little more than just this.
Bear1boss really fooled me with this tape when it came out. This may be one the only decent sounding things this guy has made or ever will make.
I mean it’s all right. I don’t like making comparisons but some of these songs he sounds so much like Che and Carti it’s not even funny. The production is fine but there is just so much on here that sounds like 9 is trying to hard but doing to little.
