How does this not have the "Must Hear Album" tag ???
This album is everything! Give it a listen, you won't find a much better way to spend 30ish minutes of your time
This has some of OutKast's best songs on here but it's just so inconsistent and especially in the back half of the album there are some songs I really could have done without. As a whole its definitely not my favourite OutKast album, but it's still a great album based on the strength of it's highlights alone.
This has always been my favourite OutKast album, it's perfect to me. Yes their following albums are maybe more conceptually ambitious or whatever and they are all amazing aswell, but this one is the one for me, it's quintessential Southern Hip-Hop
It's not quite as good as their debut and not nearly as good as their third album, but its still a good, solid and very consistent album. It just lacks some highlights aside from "Anotha Day in tha Hood" which might be one of the Duo's best tracks.
