Aight yesterday I went through my endless saved albums on the YouTube Music, now for Spotify starting with Melody's Echo Chamber.
Before I start I got to mention that the cover art is so good! Proper modern hippies right there.
French Psychedelia huh? Took a bit to warm up to it, but I am honestly fucking with it! Fantastic production, trippy vibes, a soft sweet voice over the top? What's not to like?

Thanks @Snoozyreview for recommending me this remix.
The barz like in the original track are absolutely fire and vastly overshadow the remix that makes this distinct from the original. I haven't heard it in a while, and I'm too lazy to compare so I won't be doing that. Just know that I think this is really solid stuff and this kid definitely has a bright future ahead of him if his talent is shining this bright at such a young age.
Easy listening Electronic music done very well with complimentary vocals. Really easy to enjoy.

This style of psychedelia has never done much for me, and with this release that hasn't changed.
Enigma remains goated. Though this isn't perfection like their 1990 magnum opus, there is plenty of ethereal wonder abound here that I am still deeply in love with.
Recs:
- Le Roi Est Mort, Vive Le Roi!
- Morphing Through Time
- Third of its Kind
- Why!...
- Shadows in Silence
- The Child in Us
- T.N.T. For the Brain
- Almost Full Moon
- Prism of Life
- Odyssey of the Mind
Two tracks had my attention perked. It is a solid listen overall though I couldn't find much worth revisiting past the couple tracks.
Recs:
- Shock to the System
- Act of Faith
Only a couple tracks left a strong enough impression on me. Solid stuff tho from Macross.
Recs:
- Jutsu
- Dying to Tell You This
This makes me desperate in my desire to join a rad rave some day. Shit's just way too cool.

Man I forget just how based my music taste was before I dived head first into music nerd rabbit hole almost two years ago. Like damn I was a fan of pop of all forms, but especially the good indie shit. I forget just how fun it is to listen to this kind of music that I would definitely be listening to this day if I never discovered this site. I was finally expanding my horizons past the mainstream that was quickly falling off after the pandemic and holy shit did I discover a gold mine of good ... read more
It's been so long since I can just listen to whatever and review the music just for the sake of "Eh, why not?" Aka casual listening with no strings attached. So here I am scrolling down the endless amounts of albums I had saved on my YouTube Music app and randomly pick this little soft pop singer-songwriter before it was cool EP from a certain Sara Kays.
It's a sweet little release that highlights her pretty voice and charming instrumental making for an easy listen. Very ... read more

Thanks @thegreatbigben for recommending me this single from your band!
There's a nice soothing vibe with some pretty minimal instrumentation and distorted vocals. It's not exactly tuned to my particular taste and doesn't really offer much overall. It's an ok listen, but I wouldn't call it exactly memorable.
Thanks @MontyRose for the recommendation!
The closer "Supernova" was actually part of my Spotify release radar that I usually listen first thing friday mornings so it's exciting that I get to listen to the full release right before I head to bed tonight.
As others have mentioned this project is a bit all over the place sonically, which I am forgiving as long as the quality is consistent throughout the wildly shifting experience. Though I found some gems within here including ... read more

I may have really enjoyed their 1993 effort a lot but their latest release didn't do much for me other than a few songs striking a chord for me.

Thanks @BreyDT for letting me know about your new album!
This seems to be a rather elementary experimental piece from a new artist showcasing the various techniques they have trained over the few years and hundreds of hours of practice they have put into their craft of learning this iconic instrument of the electric guitar. With a help of an amplifier bringing some atmosphere to the simple melodies inspired from the countless artists of the past this album offers an interesting look into the ... read more

This also so happens to be my first taste of music from the year 2025! I enjoyed your single "Bastion", so I'm excited to see what this full release has in store!
You say this is far from professional sounding, but ears don't care as they enjoy the drums, acoustic guitar, the trumpet, and harmonica as well as your distinct voice making for an enjoyable, intimate melancholic, atmospheric folk soundscape. ... read more
