fallen in love with this incredible Bossa nova album. after being skyrocketed to stardom after the internationally influential masterpiece of 'The Girl from Ipanema'. , Gilberto went on to lead a successful career spanning 4 decades. This album, however, is her best in my opinion. Beautiful and heartfelt melodies with heartwarming lyrics and Bossa nova (although I did have to spend some time translating the Portuguese) create an album that I believe is completely deserving of a high rating. ... read more
