The deluxe tracks really add just about nothing to the album, if not detract from it.

I’m convinced that Tyler is one of the most creative people ever born
I’ll never not laugh at the fact that Tyler made DON’T TAP THE GLASS simply because he was bored (on tour for his incredible album of a few months prior, no less). The level of musicianship needed to create something at the scale of this project on a whim is almost unfathomable.
Summer 2025 was a bit of a low summer musically. This becomes especially striking when you look at Summer 2024, which gave us ... read more
Tyler - you’re one of my favorite producers in the genre. I love your music as a whole (as evidenced by score of this album). Yet I can’t help but wonder what made you think that the moans were a nice touch to Judge Judy…
CHROMAKOPIA really grew on me. This isn’t to say that I didn’t enjoy it initially - I found it to be a fun project from my first listen. Yet after giving it a bunch of listens this past week, it’s grown into one of my favorite Tyler ... read more
I listened to this a few times while trying to break through the glacier in my yard and shovel some snow and I swear it actually radiates warmth
Coming off quite literally one of the greatest albums of all time in IGOR, the expectations for CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST were obviously high. And while CMIGYL definitely isn’t even near the level that IGOR is, it still remains a super fun, confident and cohesive project.
I really do think that I’m gonna have to revisit this project in the ... read more
Yeah this one’s pretty good
By 2019, Tyler, the Creator had already made his mark on hip-hop with Flower Boy. He had broken through and created something pretty incredible already. Yet a mind like that of Tyler couldn’t settle for something simply incredible.
I consider myself to be a somewhat creative person. That can manifest itself in many different ways, one of them being music, which I love to perform and create. Yet after sitting with IGOR for a while, I not only don’t ... read more
“Been kissing white boys since 2004” - Tyler, the Creator, 2017
At this point, I think it’s safe to say that Flower Boy has reached all-time classic status. It really doesn’t take a genius to realize why - Flower Boy is, top to bottom, one of the most well-executed hip-hop projects EVER. Period.
Just about every aspect of Tyler’s music seems to finally have blossomed with Flower Boy. His production is just about spotless, creating a carefree sound that radiates ... read more
Nothing like sex sounds, borderline glorification of pedophilia, and songs that even Tyler doesn't know the meaning of to create a classic!
It will always baffle me as to why everyone seems to hate Cherry Bomb (or at least immediately dismiss it as Tyler's worst project). Not only do I think that Cherry Bomb is a super enjoyable album, I also think that it marks a huge turning point in his career, where he moves away from horrorcore, shock-driven, lyric-heavy hip-hop, and begins to ... read more

Tyler makes a huge leap forward in both music and maturity with Wolf. He proves his ability to make compelling and interesting music without needing to shock the listener into paying attention to him, while still bringing an edgy, hardcore feel to the project. Even though the album does get quite uninteresting and repetitive at times, Tyler is able to keep a compelling storyline going throughout the album, which is enough to at least ... read more
This Tyler kid isn't going anywhere lmao
Goblin is one of the most hit-or-miss albums I’ve ever listened to. Tyler does make a truly intriguing and interesting album, top to bottom. The only issue is that interesting doesn’t necessarily mean good, and Goblin is filled with annoying, boring and obnoxious songs. At the same time, Tyler puts together a couple instant classics as well as a few underrated gems.
The storyline of Goblin is honestly the most interesting part of the ... read more
Whenever someone has said something along the lines of "rAp iS pOiSoNiNg ThE mInDs Of OuR cHiLdReN" I've pretty much dismissed them immediately. Music doesn't cause violence or "poison the mind" of anyone!
Well, thanks to 17-year old Tyler, I finally understand where they're coming from.
This album is something of a dilemma to review, as the level of enjoyment derived from listening to this project is really down to how much you can handle some morally ... read more

Part of me is reluctant to even write a review for Blonde simply because I don’t think a review of any kind could do this masterpiece justice. But I feel compelled to write something, so here goes -
Blonde is perfect.

COME BACK FRANK IF THIS IS YOUR WORST PROJECT THEN I'M CONVINCED YOU'RE THE PERFECT ARTIST
Endless will forever be overshadowed by its companion/follow-up, Blonde (which makes sense because, y’know, it’s Blonde). While this isn’t necessarily a bad thing, I really wish that this album could get a higher level of appreciation from both fans and critics.
The main criticism of this album seems to be that much of the album is filler material and low-effort. Yet the ... read more
For a debut mixtape, nostalgia, ULTRA. is an incredibly well-put-together project. Many fans will likely know Novacane and Swim Good much better than the rest of this project due to its inaccessibility on most music streaming platforms, which is a shame! We All Try and Strawberry Swing stood out to me especially, but this mixtape as a whole is very impressive and, simply put, just really good music.
Wow.
channel ORANGE is an album that I hold quite close to my heart. I’ve listened to this project too many times to count. And every time I do, it somehow sounds more and more refreshing, joyful, and, most importantly, perfect.
Everything about this album really is about as perfect as it can get - from the impressive scope of the project, to the impeccable production, to Frank’s display of raw emotion and lyrical prowess, Mr. Ocean ticks all the boxes.
The album starts off ... read more
