I'm so glad this finally got the must hear album tag, and that this is getting the love it deserves with the Michael movie releasing and a lot of people checking out more of his stuff. This is definitely one of the more hidden gems in MJ's discog.

Introvert is a top 10 hip hop song of all time.

To me, Note to Self feels like it’s trying way too hard to be like Last Call. But aside from that, this album is pretty good, and then there’s Wet Dreamz.

Genuinely one of the worst music videos I've ever seen, and it ruined the song as a whole for me.

Only, like, 2 out of the 17 songs on here are diss tracks, I thought this was meant to be a “diss album.”

If she was making this amazing of an album at just 18 years old, it’s genuinely over for me.

Sounds like some fun studio sessions, and it’s actually pretty alright.

This feels more like B-sides for EP! It’s not half bad, though.

So I listened to this originally at, like, 3 AM. I just relistened to it this morning, and it’s not as good as I remember 😭
How is he gonna go on this whole rant about being the Jesus Christ of experimental rap and then go and drop this, which is half sort of experimental and half EDM and dubstep beats? Obviously, it's not terrible, but it definitely gets tiring hearing the same flow over and over again from the guy that used to have the most unique and fun to listen to flows.

"Someone please take my phone away from me" is the realest thing he's ever said in a song.

I remember when every other video on TikTok was this fucking song (I can't lie though, it's not half bad).

Why didn’t she keep this sound, man? It sounds so much like SOPHIE, and I love it (her newer stuff is still great, I just like this sound a little more).

Finally living up to the album name, I see.

I love when rappers aren’t afraid to sing, because the songs where he does are beautiful. But other than that, this album isn’t really anything too crazy to me (apart from the obvious standouts).

Please do NOT make rock music 😭🙏

It’s clear with this album that they hadn’t fully realized their sound yet, and it does also get very repetitive at times, but it’s still an enjoyable listen.

The production sounds gorgeous, but that's really all this has.

This lowkey sounds like Limp Bizkit without the rapping.
