Although its highlights never quite reach the dizzying heights of ‘Veteran’ or ‘All My Heroes…’, ‘EP2!’ does much to show that, even when the abrasiveness is dialled back a bit, Peggy still stands out among the most engaging and inventive artists making music today.

EP2! stands strong within an already-glistening catalogue. It appeals to a different, more subdued side of JPEGMAFIA.

"EP2!" is the follow-up to his single composed EP from last year and, man, this is good. Peggy returns with a short batch of chill vibey tracks that i love. Each song is simple and complex at the same time, his auto-tuned vocals hitting the perfect spot for me and making me feel like i'm gliding in my car late at night. it’s pretty basic tbh. especially for a peggy project
peggy delivers an ep that is far more basic than his previous work.
A much much more cohesive and pleasant listen than the first EP. This EP has a much more grounded sense of songwriting, the songs are really great, fun, and well made. The production is unique for Peggy as it takes a more standard approach. It's still got Peggy's quirks, but it sticks to a safer side than what is typical for Peggy. Honestly, I'm quite disappointed, Peggy's voice which is supposed to be "soothing" doesn't really fit there, and he just repeats it. Constantly experimenting with some new flow that is not for me. The production often sounds quite poor, as if created by a beginner, when it comes to melodies and beats, they are not mine, they have not very interesting rhythms, seeming very flat and not in a creative style.
