this is good! i adooore the cover, the 80s vibes, the sexual horny sapphic songs. this is such a vibe, so pop and dancey. i wanna dance in a club with my girls to this. the more you listen to the songs, the better they get and the lyrics are also so heartfelt. very important representation album.

11 favorites from 14 songs. my favorites are pink pony club, red wine supernova, super graphic ultra modern girl, after midnight and my kink is karma. also like feminininomenon, coffee, casual, hot to ... read more

damn alright. what an absolute heartbreaking but necessary and smart and depressing album. i love the topics, who seldom get talked about and i love the story she tells, because it‘s real. her writing is incredible and requires so much thinking and research. i also like the sound but i believe i‘ll not listen often to it because it‘s so heavy.

9 favorites from 13 songs. my favs are: american teenager, hard times, thoroughfare, teleevangelism and sunbleached flies. i also ... read more

this felt really cohesive! i love the topic of the album and how it handles selflove and growth and finishes with love being everywhere. i like the music, her low tone, her storytelling. i like how this feels cozy and vibey and soft. i also believe this has no skips, it‘s just a whole great package. but i don‘t think it‘s as revolutionary as everyone makes it out to be, i believe rays new work is more aoty worthy. i‘m not buzzed about it all. but it does get better with ... read more

raye, the next legend. i already loved her first album, but this is even better. love me a concept album and this being musical theatre is sooooo coooool. love the depression as the motive, the season changes, hans zimmer on it, etc. brilliant, a masterpiece. the lyricism, the start and finish, the genre change, the jazz. ugh. it also gets better with every listen. no skips.

17 favs from 17 songs. click clack synphony is 10/10. also really love i will overcome, i know you‘re hurting, ... read more

my first hozier album and also his first! i didn‘t expect him to be so good in different genres. really love his voice and obviously his depth in lyricism, which often contains literature. exactly what i like. i must say tho that after listening to this he gave me creep vibes lol, he seems obsessive? idk.

10 favorites from 13 songs! problem is, i can‘t distinguish them yet. take me to church is a masterpiece, one of my absolute favs, 10/10. also like angel of small death, jackie ... read more
