This album had a mgmt effect on me, I really wasnt a fan of this, but it really really grew on me. I have come to really appreciate and love this album. I have come to understand that people in general prefer music with punch. This album is really somber most of the time and it becomes super charming and unique (besides while i'm alive). 3/10 is crazy btw idk how that is even possible, even when I didn't like it, it was a 6/10 at worst.

I understand that this score may be considered heresy by most people, however after like 5,000 relistens, it had grown on me so much. While I do really hate your life is a lie, and really don't like their cover of introspection, everything else on here is so great to me that it really does take its spot as my favorite album of all time. Even though I'm not really a fan of most of their pre future past life music, this album really stands out. It has more of a emotional feel to it for the most part. This is criminal and I will not stand for it. It's crazy to me that people listen to this and feel that it's bland and uninteresting. This album has some of the best songwriting I have ever heard. The lyrical writing is SO GOOD, and I just love the color and sound this album provides. There is nothing else like this and it really works for me in a way I will never see again. If you like more laid back, colorful, and personal psychedelic music, you will love this one.
