Jackson Park Express is not only likely his funniest song but also probably the greatest song i've ever heard a discography end on. this guy is an absolute treasure
genuinely forgot this album was THIS good. utterly surprised people generally rank this one on the lower end.

some of the best highs and most brutal lows of his 80s output. some surprisingly good songs on here but i can see why it flopped as hard as it did.
two really bad duds on this album hold it down pretty significantly, overall still a decent collection of songs though
some of his absolute best deep cuts are on here, probably his best 80s record, as bleak of a picture as it paints for the 80s pop scene

ok yeah this is easily as good as s/t, i've changed my mind. the moodier, almost haunted-circus aesthetic this one has is fucking phenomenal
