Oh my god this is incredible and I absolutely need Szn 2, I want more songs with henhouse! vocals to exist in this world.
I absolutely ADORED Half Blood, and I think the original album is damn near perfect, but this is my rating for just this new disc, and honestly, not only are the highs on here are just as high as Half Blood, but this disc is also way, WAY more consistent.
It just might be album of the year, I'm not sure yet.
EDIT: 99-100
YOU KNOW WHAT, INCLUDING HALF BLOOD, THIS SHIT IS A FLAWLESS MASTERPIECE
finally got around to listening to this.
i guess the brain worms got to her enough to make her an absolute loser but not enough to take away her ability to make good music. this is genuinely art angels tier stuff and i kind of hate that it is because i don't wanna like this shit but i do.
100 FOLLOWER SPECIAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and 2 more because i'm actually at 102!!
Mirror to Mirror is one of the longest reviews on my account, and for good reason, it is, in my opinion, one of the greatest albums of all time, and it's an album that means a lot to me personally.
That is not why I'm reviewing Face to Face for my 100 follower special.
The reason I chose this album, is because I went ... read more
while not as strong as a lot of Parannoul's other work, After the Magic is still an exceptionally strong, and very beautiful work, with some of the songs on here being the ones I come back to most in Parannoul's discography.
really solid effort from everyone involved, but it leaves something to be desired
New 50 Cent album yall.
I honestly really enjoyed this! Like, a lot more than I thought I would. Musically, I definitely think this is an improvement over The Melodic Blue, which I wasn't a massive fan of, but I'm torn between whether I prefer the sound of this album or DIE FOR MY BITCH. One thing I am sure about though, is that this is by far Baby Keem's most emotionally vulnerable, most compelling, and best written album yet. Basically every song on here is a contender for ... read more
Wonderful soundtrack to an even more wonderful film.
Bill's best since Ramona, this album has by far some of the best production out of any of his work, and his rapping and lyricism are on par with some of his earlier projects like Ramona and Resin. I love abstract hip hop, it's spawned some of the best albums in the genre.
I'm honestly kind of surprised this doesn't have a must hear, like yeah sure it's not as incredible as Ramona, but Ramona is one of the best mixtapes of all time, not many things are gonna be as ... read more
Man if only this was just a little bit longer, I want more to chew on.
As a project, it can kind of drag, but a lot of it is still very fun, and Abandoned is an absolute classic.
The sun comes up, and I'm all washed out...
While not as strong as some of Ween's other work, there's a lot to love about this album, and What Deaner Was Talking About might be my favourite song by the band, it's a beautiful work, I wish it wasn't just 2 minutes long.
Absolutely tragic that this was an actual album with 12 songs and not just Headphones On 12 times.
I still liked it, just not enough to remember to review it I guess.
