Massive step up from babygirl in my opinion and feels like Peggy has something to say. This song is fucking awesome and epic, and feels like he's touching back into a degree of introspection and vulnerability.
He has gotten a lot of hate during this rollout and that will color many people's experience with all music coming out henceforth but I stay unperturbed. The bassline is sexy. The guitars sound incredible.
Hallelujah
its loud, fun, and bombastic.
but no replay value for fish boi, underscores does most of what slayyyter does in a way that is more appetizing for me.
It's much better than the sort of monotony that The House is Burning ended up being. Good monotony, almost like a specific weed-smoking vibe that works very well in situations where one would... smokadaganj with some background music. Some of these tracks felt like almost a re-skin of The House is Burning or Suns Tirade tracks/vibes, but other cuts that leaned more into rhythmic sounds were very very enjoyable.
This shit fucking bangs! I didn't realize just how fun this album could be nearly 3 years later, but whenever I want to be put in a good mood literally any of these songs work! That is a testament to just how clever and addicting Pink's vocals and production style is.
All Hail Pink Panthress
(although big cats are scary)
