Its like looking through a peephole to a fantastical land you'll never reach. Lyrically a little simple and repetitive but that hardly matters when you have some of the most beautiful voices singing to you. Childish in the best way possible, I'll never fathom how this album isn't revered. I am yet to find an album similar to it. Trolley wood, Plenty of Paper, and Lost at Sea hold this back from having zero skips.

Relatable yet still personal if you ever plan on loving someone you're doing yourself a disservice if you haven't listened. A few songs didn't click with me but its still easy to see the artistry in them. Also if I don't get married to chateau lobby #4 I might need to be put into an insane asylum.

Once in a eon album. You can't help wanting to lurk in a forest during and after listening to it. Every re-listen is something new. A few weak tracks but some absolute killers as well.

Criminally underrated among type o fans the highs are amazing but the lows hold it back. Amazing blend of that aggressive carnivore sound and what would soon be the gothic powerhouse that was type o negative. If you ever find yourself mourning a relationship destroyed from adultery this is a must listen.
