Typically IDM albums aren't really for me but I really enjoyed this one. This is my first album from "Boards Of Canada" and I'm kinda excited to check out the rest of their discography.
The highs are high (I'm being generous) but the lows are extremely low. The 1st half of the album was actually listenable, I can't say the same for the 2nd half. You can tell that the quality started to dip at around "Bite" and don't even get me started on whatever the hell "Roll" was...
My first Harry Styles album and it wasn't half bad.
I remember feeling confident that she was going to make a half decent album this time, especially after hearing "The Fate of Ophelia" but I was quickly proven wrong. How the hell did she manage to make an album even more boring than "The Tortured Ear Department"?
A really decent album. "Wake Up Call" has been stuck in my head ever since I heard it.
After I heard "Erotica" I didn't think it could get any better than that, but I was proven wrong. Such a beautiful and ethereal album.
Short n' Sweet part 2... Did this really have to be a completely new album?
I'm honestly surprised that this album was decent considering her recent work... Taylor really did her thing with "State Of Grace".
