My top 5 for the 🇵🇹 Eurovision Submission:
1. Responso à Mulher - A CANTADEIRA [9/10]
2. Deslocado - NAPA [8.5/10]
3. Calafrio - Jéssica Pina [7.5/10]
4. Lisboa - Capital da Bulgária [7.5/10] (3. & 4. could interchange positions)
5. Peculiar - ADAMASTOR [7/10]
Any of these 5 could represent Portugal quite well on ESC
Really like the direction it tried to go for, but there's moments where the narrative gets too real to the point of Marshall looking to really mean his 'Shady' side. A plethora of unique collabs show what should be the way for the Damon and Jamie's virtual band to continue to thrive on the biggest stage
Glycerine is a massively mainstream-underrated hit, but, I mean, the whole album and band are so underrated as well
It's definitely a more mainstream Bárbara, but still has some glimpses of her past work that keep the remnants of her originality as a portuguese pop singer. It has to be honored the capability Waterparks possess on consistently improving with each subsequent release. This album for me is the first consistently awesome album they've made: finally managing to put most of the LP-exclusive songs on the level of the singles
