pretty insignificant, but shows pretty good growth, especially in the production front, but also in Baby's flows
Favs: DONE TRYING

One of the most glazed albums of all time, yet also has one of the most hated kanye songs. this album is a time capsule of sorts that marks the end of the bear trilogy.
Favs: Good Morning, Champion, Stronger, I Wonder, Good Life, Can't Tell Me Nothing, Barry Bonds, Flashing Lights, Everything I Am, Home Coming, Big Brother, Good Night
Worst: Drunk And Hot Girls
Not his best but really goes to show how versatile he is as an artist. completely switching to synthpop
Fav Tracks: Say You Will, Welcome To Heartbreak, Heartless, Amazing, Love Lockdown, Paranoid, Robocop, Street Lights, Coldest Winter
Worst: Bad News
An inconsistent mess, that pushes the BOUNDries (haha). the 3 good tracks here are some of Kanye's best work to date, but the low points are immense and outweigh the highs, especially with how majority of this album IS the low points.
Favs: On Sight, Black Skinhead, New Slaves, Bound 2
Worst: Blood On The Leaves
its awesome
Fav Tracks: I Thought About Killing You, Yikes, Wouldn't Leave, No Mistakes, Ghost Town, Violent Crimes
Worst: All Mine
Maybe it's just me not being a big fan of drill, but i am not too crazy about this project. Pretty interesting moments but also lots of filler and mediocre moments that aren't integral to this listen. One of the strong points on this project is the humor, whether its through the Jesus Skit, or out there bars, Keef's humor is one of the more interesting parts that make this a fun listen, regardless of me not being crazy about this project, and i can respect it for that fact.

Terrible mixing and mid production, vocals, everything.
Fav: SIDE EFFExT, FiGure5 [INTERLUDE]

Extremely high highs, mediocre lows, "Please Don't Cry is Rapsody's Magnum Opus i'd say, presenting her most gut wrenchingly emotional LP, enticing and therapeutic in every sense of the words. Whilst Rapsody explores her greif, lust, spite, isolation, and more subtle insecurities, she is backed by very strong production and provides blunt lyrics. This is an emotional rollercoaster, and should be experienced with a clear and open mind.

Thank you Nicholas for representing the worst province ever 🙏🙏🙏
its a pretty solid release, nothing amazing with no real jaw dropping tracks, but no outright bad or average tracks, just solid, consistently great rap.

Vince Staples' projects have always been personal but have always required a deeper look into layers of subluminals and motifs to fully uncover its message. However, on Dark Times, we see Staples divert from this, opting for a direct approach, matched with lax production. Although i find quality to falter on the latter half, thus losing momentum, I feel this is one of Staples most accessible, and in turn well rounded projects to date, and serves as a solid send off to Def Jam Records.

its a pretty solid record, nothing jaw dropping, other than the hilariously corny inspector gadget sample, that somehow sounds hard af.
Favs: Congratulations, You Lose, Dinosaur Jr., Oxnard Water Torture, Cloud Surfing, Espionage, Magic Dust, Royal Hand, Muffler Lung

this is HEAVVYYYYY!!!!!
to put it shortly: it is SOOOOO hard, and angry, the lyrics are hard hitting, its just a very heavy record. Bryan's vocals took some getting used to, but by the end of its runtime, I can say I got used to it. its such an angry and raw album, this adds to the rawness, I cant help but laugh and have fun listening to it especially with the unique breakdowns, and ESPECIIALLLY the transition between Take Me Home and Slaughterhouse 2😭😭😭.

HUGE HUGE HUGE HUUUUUGE improvement, on every front, production is way more enticing and inviting, trimming fat and adding glitter, really went a long way. the added tracks and features are very swell too! really enjoyed this one, looking foreward to the summer album!

Glazing period is done! still a solid release, and improves upon structure and production, but i realize some of these tracks just straight up aren't as clever lyrically as his other work, especially now with lyrics ... read more
Another solid Primus release, a complete return to form after a long hiatus, with some pretty funny lyrics
"How 'bout one of them foot long sandwiches?"
"Oh man, that's a juicy burger"
"Another Arrogant ass says he's got an n-word pass.. What the hell's an n-word pass?!?!?"
"Like a bucket of barnacles, she's abrasive to the skin

This album is SO GOOD i literally names my bird after it!!!
That is not a lie his name is Mr. Krinkle
My first CD (other than a couple greatest hits and custom playlists) was Pork Soda, an album i was always excited to hear in my dad's truck on a road trip.
it is a freakishly weird album, led by Les Claypool's signature bass slaps.
I hold fond memories of this album, amplified by me seeing them live for my birthday a couple years back on their Tribute To Kings Tour. i will never forget how ... read more
Some of .Paak's best work resides here, but this LP is held back by a very rough streak of tracks near the end, which makes the amazing finishing track seem less rewarding.
Best: Come Home, Make It Better, Reachin' 2 Much, Winners Circle, Good Heels, Yada Yada, What Can We Do?
Worst: Chosen One
I rarely ever come back to this but it's one of my first \full albums i listened too front to back on my own accord, and it was a life changing one at that. it has it's few falters with the inconsistent. short tracks and interludes that feel out o0f place, but it is still very solid throughout. there isn't many albums that match the raw humor, unique production, and grim undertone that Drunk holds.
