very boring. It would be a generic album if it was just ty dolla sign on it but kanye ruins all the songs by being annoying and unlikable
I don’t get the lower score for this album compared to the last one. A few of the songs were boring but I have so many songs saved. all the features did good even j Cole who I normally dislike. imo this is much better than the previous one although it is lacking in Drake disses, maybe I’ll sour on this but on first listen I was very good
Best: We Still Don’t Trust You, All To Myself, Show Of Hands
Worst: the four track run of Jealous - Amazing (interlude) with amazing being ... read more
The middle is by far the best part. when it started i though i was going to hate it but it got much better as it went on but then ended sort of like it began although not as bad. I like the production almost all the way through and i think it's a cool style/atmosphere he tries to go for although it doesn't always work out. performances on the album. I expected Ye to outdo Ty on this album but they're both a mixed bag and I'd say Kanye still does better but not by much with both having their ups ... read more
I like the beats and energy but a lot of the songs sound the same. the songs where switches it up,Rob B4 I Rap and Be A Man sounds pretty good. I just wished he did this a bit more.
Best: Muzzle, Bad Man, Remember Me, Come Catch Me
Worst: none really
This has some peak frank ocean like (At Your Best) You Are Love and Higgs which is top 5 Frank Ocean for me. when i first tried to listen to it i didnt like the short track lenghts but I tried another time in a long car ride and it just sounded like a lot of noise nothing really stuck with me and it sounded jumbled and messy. But i didnt hate it it just didnt care for it.
Best: Higgs, (At Your Best) You Are Love and UNITY
Worst: the rest all kinda meshed together cant pick a worst
King Munch Supreme!! 👑
the added songs are better much better than the original Deli is actually hard and i think How High is well written. But on the original songs some of them are bland like Actin A Smoochie and Princess Diana(without nicki) .
i only thought of paris texas as a group that made fun bangers. but this showed me that they can have really good writing and still having a lot of bangers on the record. a massive improvement from their ep's and they werent even bad.
why is the score so low it's not amazing but it's not a 61. this is just a fun album full of bangers although i think it is weak around the middle. the metro production (I don't know if he produced all of it or not) was good and the features were good and none of them brought down the songs they were on.
Best: Money On The Dresser, Wit Da Racks, Jonesboro
Worst: Went Thru It, Oh U Went
Some of these remixes are really good like So Incredible and DIET but i don't care for 2 take it back remixes which is dissapointing because it was my favorite song from the original and some of them are just ok and dont add much. But none of them are bad or ruin the original and the ones that are good are really good. Also it is really cool to see Benny The Butcher here as he's not someone i pictured working with denzel but he's really good on DIET and probably has the best verse out of all ... read more
How does he ruin this really good beat with good producers (yachty and BNYX). It sounds good and I even like his flow, but his writing is so bad. almost everyline is terrible.
I was prepared to disagree with Fantano when I was listening to the first half which I thought was good, but then everything goes downhill after black cats. I really don’t like the second half, Zillakami's singing is not good and neither are the instrumentals. I hope Zillakami's next album is better than this, because I really like him in City Morgue and on features
Best: Badass, Chains and Bleach
Worst: the second half and Not Worth It
for me it all kind of blends together but all of it is still really good, there's not one bad song. sometimes the skits and samples are a little annoying but they're usually short or at the end of the songs.
Best: Shower Shoe Lords, Free Chapo, 50 in. Zenith
Worst: None
every beat on this so good. the rapping is also amazing from both danny and peggy. I think people overeggaderate the mixing it's only a problem on 1 or 2 songs. the only complaint I has was the redveil feature wasn't that good which was dissapointing because i like his solo stuff.
Best: Steppa pig, Garbage Pale Kids and Shut Yo Bitch Ass Up / Muddy Waters
Worst: Kingdom Hearts Key and Fetanyl Tester
Hype!! But i hope i can hear danny on the rest of the record 🙏
This is really good. I originally didn't like the singles like God is a Circle and Echolalia, but I had been listening to Heaven Surrounds Us Like a Hood since it came out. but when I listened to this album I liked every song even the ones I didn't like as singles. there are no skips even the instrumental at the end is really good.
I don't get it, but it's very good.
Best: I Want Wind To Blow, The Glow Pt. 2, The Gleam Pt. 2, The Mansion
Worst: The Moon, Map, Samurai Sword
good r&b, no bad songs but didn't live up to my expectations. probably got too hyped from the two amazing singles if the rest of the songs were as good as I Wish you Roses and Moonlight then would be AOTY contender. maybe it'll grow on me later.
Best: The singles, Worth the wait and Deserve Me
Worst: None
Doesn't have the personal or emotional connection that my other 10's do, but every time I start to doubt whether this is a 10 or not I relisten to it and am amazed. Also moonchild doesn't deserve as much hate as it gets
Best: All
Worst: None
