Bro really said rock’s not dead long as I’m alive

I used to think this was kinda boring. As it seams I also used to be stupid

I‘m so scared for the album. I like the autotune here more than on the recent voidz stuff but it still doesn’t sound great, or good for that matter. The tune is kinda catchy and I like the overall retrofuturistic vaporwavy kind of vibe they got going on, but this being the single is not a great omen for that new record

It has some lengths to it, like most of their work, but I really love the overall melancholic and soothing atmosphere on this Album

If one day a genie grants me three wishes, I would wish for Johnny Marr‘s guitar skills, Morrissey being an entirely different person and world peace probably

2000‘s situationship anthems

Ngl this grew on me a lot. I never thought this was a bad album and the lows weren’t nearly as bad as on Angles or FIOE but I just thought it was kinda boring on first listen. As it turns out, I was wrong. This is such a fun record, with groovy, energetic tracks and a unique spin on the signature Strokes sound. Best cover OAT im not even kidding.

I don't know what I possibly would want more from out of a rock record. Every part of every song just fits together so seamlessly, like they all were a part of some old, dusty machine, which still runs without a problem. (kind of a weird way to put it but idk I love this album so much).
