Charli XCX delivered one of the greatest albums of 2019. Highlights of this record are its cohesion, the spot on production which ranges from minimalistic to grandiose and instrumentals that can get you closer to her on the sentimental side of the record, as well as make you want to party with some top notch pop anthems. Overall excellent pop album that seeks to push some boundaries through experimentation, especially with amazing tracks like Click and 2099. Must hear album indeed!
If you’re new to techno sub-genres or IDM in general, this is a perfect album to start. Richard D. James compiles some of the greatest beats of his career on this monumental record. Minimalistic to the core but never once becoming boring. A personal favorite of all time.
One of the greatest albums of 2016, with some of the most naturally uplifting vocals of the year, catchiest melodies etc. Overall great production as well as a very tight execution.
