Will Toledo makes one of the best Lofi-Rock albums I've ever heard.
Car Seat Headrest's masterpiece and one of the most comforting albums I've heard. Will Toledo's songwriting is unique, loose and also soul crushingly sad at times. His singing is still incredible and the rest of the band excels at keeping everything that made this album special while cleaning up the rougher edges.
While certainly not every song is revolutionary on its own, and some songs (cough cough my warm blood) are rather much on their own, as a holistic music experience, I haven't heard anything that can quite manage to match up with this. This record manages to be an experimental and constantly evolving experience while also never losing being a folk record.
Favorite: I want wind to blow

This album may not be the most hi-octane or engaging album, but it is one of the most interesting I've ever heard. It takes me to a place that no other album has ever been able to.
They've done it again. Edit: What was I on not giving this a hundred
Favorite: Drunk Drivers/Killer Whales
Least Favorite: Connect the Dots
Soft, intimate, but never dull for a second, Radiohead's brilliance shines through the brightest it ever has on In Rainbows
The songs are all fantastic on their own, with some of the most beautiful production I've heard this decade (Going Down SOTY). It does get a lil same-y as a whole tho.
Ethereal and dreamy. This album is so hazy and I love it
Favorite: Cherry-coloured Funk, Pitch the Baby, Heaven or Las Vegas, I Wear Your Ring
The color violet does insane heavy lifting for an otherwise forgettable project
Fun, catchy, nostalgic in a way, too
Favorite: iPod touch
