I used to love this album when it came out, it's extremely creative and definitely a unique album. However, as I listen to it more and more it just gets more annoying, the autotune hurts my ears and some tracks are questionable. Overall it's a strange and unique album, certainly something worth trying out
Preemo's outstanding production on this album perfectly matches Guru's amazing vocals, flows and rhymes on every track. This album is one of a kind and I believe is represents Gang Starr to the fullest. The album lacks in some areas such as features which isn't surprising due to the underground nature and feel of the album, a few tracks are also slightly underwhelming. Overall this is an amazing staple of Gang Starr's amazing production, flow and lyricism
