One of the best albums of the decade so far, phenomenal songs throughout, not 1 miss.
Kendrick’s second best album, I don’t think I have to explain this, just so fking good!
Filled with bangers from start to finish. So many phenomenal songs on here, with a couple great, but not that great songs mixed in. Definitely recommend, in my opinion Pac’s best work.
Whole lotta mid. Such an overrated album, people are calling this like top 10 of the decade so far. It wasn’t even top 10 of 2024! From start to finish you get 90% mid tracks with like 3 great songs mixed in. I don’t even know what else to say other than look at my track ratings.
Nothing about Madvilliany is outstanding to me. I don’t like MF DOOM’s voice, and while the lyrics are super technical, if find his performances to be kinda boring. Madlib’s production is nothing special, nothin bad nothing great. The only song I would say has amazing production is RAID, but then MF DOOM ruins it with his lazy voice and delivery. The only songs on this album good enough to be on my playlist are Raid, Fancy Clown, and All Caps. All cap’s production is ... read more
From concept to production to performances to lyrics, TPAB really is just perfect. Every single aspect of it is amazing, and that is why TPAB is currently my favourite album of all time (I know how original). The feeling you feel at the end of the album is unmatched by any other piece of music. Absolute masterpiece of an album, and the best thing I’ve ever heard in my life. It wouldn’t be humanly possible to recommend this album more.
I love HHTF to death, this album is JAM PACKED with bangers from We got it for cheap to Nightmares. Pusha T delivers those amazing almost haunting performances and Malice delivers those amazing rapping performances from start to finish, one of the best albums of the 2000s I’ve heard. Also can we talk about Keys Open Doors? HOLYYYYY MY FAVOURITE CLIPSE OR PUSHA T SONG OAT! Pusha’s performance is so skin crawling from the second you here that YUUUGGHHHH!
God Does Like Ugly is one of if not the best album of the decade so far IMO. Every song is great and 90% of the songs are amazing. All the performances on this album are phenomenal. Features like Clipse and Vince add so much to the album and I don’t think JID could have picked better people for the features. From start to finish God Does Like Ugly is a perfect album. JID manages to have amazing concepts and lyrics while still having the music be top tier. Most of the songs on this album ... read more
I love this album so much. JPEGMAFIA and Danny Brown have such amazing chemistry. You get Peggy’s amazing, experimental, crazy production on Danny Brown’s striking, weird, amazing voice and you get something that leaves the hoes terrified. Must listen album, probably top 5 of the decade so far for me.
I’ve only listened to this album once so far, but I’m sure that will change within the next few weeks. I haven’t had such an amazing listening experience for a LOOOONNNGGGGG time. I love this album so much. It has no lows. Every song is amazing. Every song is a high. Definitely recommend listening, maybe my aoty we’ll see.
A lot of people are saying there goat is back or something like that, and for the most part I agree, but I don’t think he’s back, I just think he’s on the plane back. But it might be a looonnngggg plane. That being said, this album is pretty good. A LOOTTTT of the songs are great. Most of the production is pretty f**king fire. Although there are a few things missing, and one of them is Kanye. It’s like Kanye is almost free from “Ye” but not quite. He’s ... read more
Amazing album. One of the best rap albums of the 2010s, and imo the best gangsta rap album of all time. ScHoolboy Q takes gangsta rap to the next level, with being personal, fun, sad, and clubby at the same time. From start to finish, Oxymoron is PACKED with bangers. Definitely a must listen.
Speakerboxxx/The Love Below is my favourite Outkast album for a bunch of reasons. Speakerboxxx is in my opinion the most fun album of the 2000s, and The Love Below is a nice, chill, but also fun and playful album. I’d give Speakerboxxx a 10, and the love below a 9.
Such a fun album, I love having it on vinyl, and one of the reasons is that it is sooo replayable. I love almost every song on the album. Baby Keem proved back in 2021 that he was capable of so much in the future, and that came true with Ca$ino. This still remains my favourite Baby Keem album though. From Trademark USA, to Pink Panties, to Range Brothers, to South Africa, to Lost Souls, to Cocoa, to Family Ties, to Scars, to First Order Of Business, to Vent, to 16, this album is so fun, so ... read more
