Aries - GLASS JAW

Really good production, just needs to work on his lyrics game.

Joey Valence & Brae - HYPERYOUTH
NR

Yeah it's good but we really saying this is an 8/10??

John Michel - Egotrip

I randomly found ONEWAY on spotify shuffle and was like damn thats really good and then decided to skim through the first song in the album, which turned into me listening to the whole thing, confused at how good the production and raps were. This is very impressive and was glad to see it wasn't unnoticed on this website

Tyler, The Creator - DON'T TAP THE GLASS
82

its not trying to be anything crazy, just fun, clearly not meant to be taken seriously, just a nice drop out of nowhere that im glad we got instead of it never seeing the light of day. wish more artists just released stuff randomly like this. his weakest since flower boy but honestly its like an improved attempt at cherry bomb in a way. but even a weak tyler album these days is awesome. bonus points for being good driving music

JACKBOYS - JACKBOYS 2
50

It's not very challenging or different. Every song kinda sounds he same. Not bad just mid. No where near UTOPIA level. Hard to listen to this directly after listening to the new Clipse ๐Ÿ’€ not even trying to be bias at all I like Travis but god damn it put it in perspective for me.

Clipse - Let God Sort Em Out

yellow diamonds look like peepee

Tyler, The Creator - CHROMAKOPIA

[๐ŸŽ™Seen Live] It's super weird and super good. Got his signature sound throughout it. It has aged well since its release. I love the whole strange album theme, seeing it live was great.

Geordie Greep - The New Sound
74

Not something I would regularly listen to but how tf is this someone's debut album lmao. Really great, amazing production

Kendrick Lamar - Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers
87

people that think this is a weak Kendrick album make me sad, this is a masterpiece and the topics are so interesting

JPEGMAFIA - I LAY DOWN MY LIFE FOR YOU
85

This man cannot miss. Currently 85 but replaying it will likely make it higher. Amazing production, reminding me of OFFLINE with a rock twist, such interesting sounds. I like the whole tone and think this is his most self reflective project

Frank Ocean - Blonde
90

Do I really have to explain myself

Steve Lacy - The Lo-Fis
69

For a compilation, it doesn't even seem that messy, all really similar themed. Love the general theme and tone he gives off constantly

Kendrick Lamar - Section.80
72

Really great, not his best obviously but you can clearly see the direction he was trying to take his music. Ab-Soul's outro sounds completely out of to pimp a butterfly btw

Denzel Curry - King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2
83

My ears have been blessed. Love the Memphis 808 sounds on it and everything its just such a great listen. Love the entire theme, intro's and interludes etc.

Glass Animals - I Love You So F***ing Much
59

Don't really like where Glass Animals is going these days with their sound, very generic sounding songs. I think it really doesn't sound bad.... but its not interesting at all. I did genuinely enjoy Wonderful Nothing, and like the lyrics on How I Learned To Love The Bomb. I will still be going to the tour tho

Childish Gambino - Bando Stone and The New World
75

Was not expecting it to be good, since its a movie soundtrack, but its really great and has so much personality to it. I like the metaphors used throughout the album. Glad his legacy didn't end on a shit album :)

KAYTRANADA - Timeless
68

Not super memorable. Not bad either. Best song is Witchy because I am a bias childish gambino fan; but even then it wasn't THAT good.

Baby Keem - The Melodic Blue
74

Really enjoy a lot of these songs. Kendrick carries so hard on some songs. But that's not to say Keem isn't good; its really well done.

Joey Valence & Brae - NO HANDS
78

A very fun album that somehow really impressed me. Went into it thinking it was gonna be cringy. Its genuinely produced pretty well. Lots of funny lyrics too.

BROCKHAMPTON - GINGER
80

Was very pleasantly surprised that I really enjoyed every song here. Very well put together, deserves some praise
