Only 5 songs but each one is excellent and unique. Folk, pop, and rock vibes. She's a talented young songwriter who deserves more attention.

Cool mix of classic rock and alt-country vibes - reminded me of Jackson Browne, Tom Petty and The Band.

Fantastic Negrito is his own genre. No one fuses different elements of hip-hop, R&B, funk, soul, and rock the way he does. His timely socio-political lyrics just add to that signature style. Some of this record is a little out there for me but damn, the stuff that works REALLY works. It's a refreshing and passionate album and I recommend it.

Well crafted soulful pop music full of hooky melodies that also reminded me at times of Phoebe Bridgers, with moody production and heavy, honest, emotional lyrics. Definitely one to watch.

This is what a 2nd album should be. Dizzy's overall sound has evolved while retaining everything that made their first batch of songs so great. I grew up in their hometown and can personally relate to a lot of the references, but there's something objectively relatable and comforting about their music. Even the more melancholy tracks have a brightness to them, elevated by Katie's vocal style and lyrics.

Interesting stuff that you pick to rate... I'd love to see some pre-2010's scores from you.

I'm not very good at putting into words why I like an album.
I only rate and review albums I like.
The Beatles used to be called Johnny and the Moondogs.
