i dont get this album. there are amazing songs in the first half like back in the ussr, dear prudence, glass onion, while my guitar gently weeps and more mixed in with stinkers like ob la di ob la da, wild honey pie, piggies and why dont we do it in the road. on the second half you have birthday, helter skelter, cry baby cry and good night but revolution 9 almost gave me a headache. everybodys got somewhere to hide is also a bad song that doesnt add much. while i do think this album has some of ... read more

just a fun album. i might not go back to it but its a decent 17 minutes of your time.

track 1 and ai girlfriend are ok rest is great.

ya know i appreciate them trying to evolve their sound after room on fire but sometimes the album just bores me. examples of this are killing lies and fear of sleep. on the other end you have absolute classics like you only live once, heart in a cage, ize of the world, and juicebox. it was a good time mostly but im not too big on this album.
