Mad at how good some of this production is (aside from the cheesy guitar) but the rapping itself doesn't add much at all for me
Listened on a whim and im glad i did this might be their best and most consistent album. I think this will end up being a classic 👴
While the instrumentals are always incredible, the more nonchalant and subdued mixing isn't hitting very hard for me, especially songs like happy with you sounding very dry and repetitive. Feels like while the heart of big thief is still there, there wasn't a lot for me to grab onto. The title track goes crazy though 😍
