i wasn't blown away by this album. it is often praised for its simplicity, but i find that it mostly fails to impress me. personally, i think some of the songs here lack energy, or more interesting twists in the instrumentals or vocals. though there are some great tracks, 'long snake moan' being a personal favorite.
