after this review, this account will be inactive indefinitely. i am currently in the process of moving to a new account (summertime7) because this one was inexplicably restricted for a reason i have not been told. appealing has done nothing, directly emailing has done nothing, what else do i even do atp 😭
the obvious answer would be to move to a different site (and if i get restricted or anything for ban evasion i will) but despite my less than desirable non-experience with the admins of ... read more
always happy to put the nagging little gremlin inside my brain telling me that every popular album on here actually sucks to rest, and just enjoy it. i’m a million miles from the target demographic of slayyyter’s music (obviously, i’m on this site in the first place), but i had a great time with this album anyway. its bursting with drug fuelled energy and hedonistic in all the best ways and the first half of this album especially is just banger after banger. dance…, ... read more

i was gonna listen to this ages ago, but just around the time i was going to do it, the ALS vinyl which i had been waiting for for SO LONG!!!! finally got announced, with this EP + the single t x t as bonus tracks, so i figured fuck it why not wait a little longer to listen to it on record. as it happens with complications due to uni, a “little longer” ended up being 6 months or so, but it’s fine. i can confidently say it was worth the wait. while i didn’t adore the ... read more
listened to this for the first time (i think) as a bonus track on the ALS vinyl and this is gorgeous and actually fits the album perfectly as a bonus i feel like. TBOTPM fits as a calm after the storm already but this is like an even calmer song after that, just floating around in space aimlessly.
