Didn't know Dirtyphonics had this level of diversity at his disposal, and honestly it kind of blew me away because of it. Very fun listen to jam to at work this morning, and something I'm surely going to be returning to.

Led by Ancient Light was my AOTY last year so seeing them expand on that sound and lore here is everything I could have wanted and more. The pictures these guys paint in my head is unparalleled when it comes to EDM. Excited to see what they cook up next!

This blew me away honestly, been a fan of 5SOS for a good few years now and I never thought I'd be liking Luke's solo material more than their newest album.

This is quirked up post-hardcore in the best way possible. Never listened to SYSC outside of collabs before but man I had an absolute blast with this.

So this got insanely good the moment I stopped looking at it as an album and started looking at it as a compilation of some of the most talented people in the modern day bass music scene. This is honestly a breath of fresh air for melodic bass. It wears it's pop-punk/metal influences on it's sleeve and it really helps it stand out from a genre that I've otherwise found stale recently.

Panic Room is an incredible track (a little biased since I love Wind Walkers), but Take It Back and Not My Night are highlights for me as well.

I feel the primal urge rip my shirt off, shotgun a Monster, and make the walls in my house look like a slice of swiss cheese.

Jokes aside, this fuckin rips. Some songs sound similar to each other at times but nearly ALL of them bring an absolutely visceral energy to them that many bands struggle to do for even 1 song on an album. I can already tell this will be the anthem of my shitty days for the rest of the year.

Decent as always, though not a lot really caught me by surprise this time around. Gump Town, The Art of Jumping, and On The Edge were definitely some standouts for me.

While was a neat and very well executed concept, it's novelty definitely started to wear off after the first 45 minutes of the album. By the end, I was pretty over the whole idea honestly. Totally respect the vision though and will continue to at the very least be interested in what Beyonce will do with her sound in the future.

Sharks' style of color bass has always stood out to me ever since I heard Water Elemental EP a few years back.

It's very bittersweet knowing that his first full length album will also be his last considering his recent post about stepping away from making music. While not every track is perfect here, there are a ton of fun tracks that show off the unique sound and atmosphere he's been able to build over his career, one that I am certainly going to miss.

This was hella fun, just some well done silly-ass pop-punk with great riffs, drums, and vocals.

Wow, this is really good. I know ambient isn't the most popular genre, but even by those standards this artist seems incredibly underrated.

Simulation is one of my favorite dubstep albums of all time, and I was really surprised this was coming out since the original album is 2.5 years old at this point. Honestly though it was worth the wait as this is one of the best remix albums I've heard in the last few years.

I enjoyed this just as much as I thought I would: a fair bit.

I appreciate having him branch out his sound more (especially on tracks like Only Star You See) even though some of the songs don't hit like I hoped they would. I think I'd place this right in line with Fractals, which was an album that I also really enjoyed when it came out.
