I have been getting more into King Gizzard as of late. Finally Got around to listen to this. Imma be honest. I dont care for this. Thrash and metal as a whole doesent do a lot for me (wich is Strange since i love noise rock), so even if i can see that this is impressive on a technical level, i dont care for it. Simple as that. I dont Think this is bad in any way, just not for me. Maybe ill like it more on a future listen. I do see myself returning to this.

Love the ideas on this. Very inspiring and cool. While i may not return to this album a lot, i definently see myself finding inspiration from this album in the very near future. Sounds alot like hold yr horse is.

Seeing Mount Eerie tommorow. Very excited. Decided to listen to this just so i could get some elverum in my brain before. Im drawing a little portrait for him as i write (its drying. Its watercolor and ill draw over it with a fineliner after). Hoping to give it to him tommorow. Will keep updated.

Very Nice psych album. I see myself returning in the future. Love Two Weeks.
The songs on here are mostly great. But oh my god is this thing messy. It never really takes its time to breathe wich is a shame. Great potential for a followup album, but right now, Panchiko is a chaotic mess. Even if its a pretty one.
Twenty One Pilots was the first band i ever loved.
This was not that good. If this sound is the future of Twenty One Pilots, then things are looking grimm.
Why are people acting like this is a mid album? Its absolutely an incredible experience!
The soundtrack to a long lost public access television broadcast.
Im purely rating the b-sides here. Not the rest of the album.
A very nostalgic record for me. This reminds me of long car rides with my family. This album was peak music for 5 year old me. Its still pretty good, but definitely not peak music the way it used to be.
Probably a bad place to start as someone who doesnt listen to jazz. I just dont get this record yet. However, i admire its brave and bold, abstract soundscape. I am just not ready to really understand this record. That is not the records fault, but mine.
The King and Queen of autism are back baby!
I was surprised by this. It sounds like the classic gecs that we know, but this is also a whole different thing. Its legit an alt rock album.
This is the most mature project for the gecs. Much more refined and calculated wich is both its strength and weakness.
My biggest problem with this album is how it sounds almost flat. By that i mean, the underlying lo fi ambience of 1000 gecs is gone wich is a shame. However, the songs are still incredible, ... read more
