This album as a whole feels like ascension. ‘Eye Hate You’ is one of the best songs I’ve ever heard oh my god. The amount of crazy vocal runs Prince pulls off against the funky production is - for the lack of a better term - an absolute eargasm. INSANELY good no notes

Great collection of songs here with a lot of potential to be growers. I love how it starts off like a typical r&b-centred Brent album until it hits you with that 80s pop influence half way through, with “other side” being a hugee standout for me. Overall a good album that conveys that Brent feel - though the short length of it left me wanting a little bit more to cling to.

Literally EVERYTHING I could ask for in an album. Sounds like the second coming of Beyoncé’s ‘Renaissance’ sonically, with the way Rochelle flawlessly combines elements of R&B and house music throughout. This project has become an instant classic for me, everything from the production to the stellar vocals is pure gold.

Going into this knowing it was solely an instrumental project made my expectations low, as I foolishly thought I couldn’t resonate with an album as much with the absence of lyrics…I’m glad Cassiopea proved me wrong though cuz my godddd this is some goodd shit
