its honestly an interesting album full of interesting beats thats all i can really put it. id relisten and get a feel for each track and rate it but honestly i think this album is better as a weirdly forgettable fever dream that i wont mind coming back to.

edit: gave it another run back and yeah its pretty enjoyable still. carousel iii has no right being that short but that applies to most of these tracks. still a really great album i take inspiration from for my own music projects too.

this album is so fucking generic i hate it with every fiber of my being. cudi and kanye are both pretentious ass artists and both of them on the same album makes your average white boy go CRAZY i swear bro. i will never understand the hype with kanye past the college dropout or even like half of late registration and cudi doesnt even get a recommendation.

Music is so weird to me because someone can put all their unfiltered pain, feelings, and effort into it in whatever way they want (even a suicide note like this album) and it can be ignored for the sake of enjoyment or lack thereof. look the beats are good but id rather listen to instrumental beats instead of half assed lyrics. i feel like this couldve been a lot more if most of it wasnt him vibing with the beat but instead using the beats as a launching point. the features on his beats killed it 4x more than carti did on the same track or even just tracks only hes on. mediocre bars with a fire ass beat is still a pretty good song but this just feels like the nothing burger lyrics are holding the beats back.
