This duo has to be one of the most underrated on the scene rn. Great beat with great lyricism and performances. Really want to see these two get more recognised because the world needs to see these two’s talents
One of the greatest rap albums oat, enough said. Can’t even rate the songs as all of them, if they were someone elses album cut, would be considered the best from their catalog.
Pretty decent album from the collective although slightly repetitive.
Fav: I Smell Pussy
Least fav: Footprints
Great album with a lot of standout songs and great production and bars as always.
Fav: TEMPTATION
Least fav: ROCKABYE BABY
Just a lot of generic R&B with some standouts but they’re not good enough to save this album. Also didn’t help that Drake had just been brutally smacked down after one of the biggest rap beefs oat.
Fav song: GIMME A HUG
Least fav: MEET YOUR PADRE
Absolutely generational and an all timer of a project thr whole way through.
Never listened to blues and this was the reason that I listened to this album. Blues is an amazing genre and Nina Simone’s performance and voice on this album was truly one of the best I’ve heard.
De La Soul continue to deliver high quality music even after Trugoy’s untimely death and the spark that came from Trugoy is diminished but still there and this album is a great one and is something to be proud of
Absolute classic from an all timer of a game. The nostalgia hit listening to this is crazy.
I went into this not knowing anything about this band but I get the hype for it. The story is great and Concorde has been living in my head rent free ever since I first listened to it.
Never listened to a full length metal album but this was amazing. Absolutely amazing all the way through. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I had already heard Chop Suey! I thought I hadn’t heard anything from this.
Great soundtrack to an amazing movie, what more is there to say. Shame that Heaven Is One Step Away isn’t on streaming platforms, it is a great song.
This album, even though it didn’t do something very revolutionary it is still a fun project and I think Travis Scott should tap more into songs with the similar vibe of MY EYES, because it is definitely the best song off of this album. This album has a weird nostalgic feeling to it because this is the album that got me back into rap and music in general, even if this album is pretty new.
Really amazing album from Daniel Caesar that at long last got delivered and it definitely does deliver, some amazing lyricism about many deep topics that are tragic yet beautiful and some amazing instrumentals to really take you to another level of emotion.
Best song: Sins Of The Father
Worst song: There is no bad song on here.
Amazing album with great storytelling and is definitely one of the best albums of the year. My 27th birthday and Fairchild have one of the best storytelling i've heard. This album was definitely worth the 4 year wait and I can't wait for whatever Dave delivers next.
Best song: Fairchild
Worst song: Marvellous
