Although I don't believe it's better than Peace Sells... But Who's Buying?, Megadeth still manage to give the ears a banger-after-banger album and one of metal's most influential.
Primus comes into the alt metal scene with a bang. A peak I never believe they climbed again.
Faith No More finally fixed the only thing holding them back. They didn't just find a good vocalist, they found THE vocalist. This album alone solidifies Faith No More as one of the greatest metal bands of all time.
A classic album with no shortage of bangers. Although, some of the songs are rather badly paced.
In My Darkest Hour brings this album up from about a 55 to a 66. Most of the tracks are generic or just forgettable.
A slight improvement from their debut, Introduce Yourself still lacks the Patton vocals to be taken seriously.
An album which manages to be both serious and unserious at the same time. As well as being Megadeth's best, of course.
Arguably one of the most influential metal bands of all time. Enough said.
Instumentals are pretty good. What lacks in this album is a decent singer. One who doesn't make the vocals sound laughably bad. And four years later, that's exactly what Faith No More got.
A decently strong debut by one of the greatest metal bands of all time.
The album that started it all. Although it's objectively not the best Metallica album, it still provides several classic tracks.
