for what it is, it's not bad but it feels repetitive in terms of theme. perhaps lorde should get a new producer

i was expecting this to be a little bit worse than born 2 die but it was really good! although the last 2 songs aren't really for me tbh

this album still holds up today, a lot of people put this album lower in their ranking and i can understand that but it will be higher for me! a lot of bangers here

its definitely a bit more pop sounding but it's still a good album, perhaps this would be a good starter to purity ring?

caroline polachek's solo debut album is excellent! she used her experience in chairlift to full effect with other influences from other pop artists, almost every song is a banger!

tamaryn really shows her inner shoegaze with this one, it's all there but compared to her other albums I feel like it's a bit weaker but i'll need to have a relisten to really determine that

This took me a bit for me to get into since grunge isn't my type of thing, but once I started jammin to it I loved it.

Although the album surely has some bangers in the beginning and towards the middle, it starts to not have bangers after The Past is A Grotesque Animal which is an 11 minute song. I feel like songs that are above 5-6 minutes tend to not do well but that is just how I feel.
