This is a record that, in many ways, is ahead of its time.
As in,
If a lot of the songs on here came out in the current age they would be some of the biggest hits ever,
And for how good these tracks are that would be Absolutely deserved!

I gave this album a 10 upon my initial listen and yet I still feel like I didn’t give this album it’s due.
There’s not much in this world that it truly Timeless,
Especially with Music,
Demon Days is Timeless.
You could pretty much plop Any of the 14 tracks on here in any era and it would be a perfect fit.
And not to mention the Cavalcade of Hits on here.
Like, the Two least best tracks are both 8/10’s, AND one of them features PRIME MF DOOM!

It’s definitely apparent that the Maiden Voyage of Damon Albarn’s “Side Project” which he’s gotten 10x more Longevity out of than he would have remaining with Blur,
Is definitely more Experimental with its fusion of multiple genres and styles, a la many Progressive Rock groups of the 70s.
