seriously underrated album. for being “extras” from toxicity, this album is absolutely fantastic and many of the songs on here are among their best. it really is a shame to me that this is soad’s least popular album because i consider it far better than the somewhat mediocre mesmerize/hypnotize duology. my 2 favorites are boom and ADD (american dream denial)
one of the best movie soundtracks i’ve heard in a while
i think this album will be looked on much more lovingly than EXPERIMENTAL RAP. this album is very much the “show don’t tell” of a rapper’s development into something new and unique, and as much as he gets memed for it, i truly do appreciate danny for highlighting all of these great hyperpop creators (many of which are trans, protect queer art). even though this album isn’t perfect i love it so much for what it is
man. after about a solid month of peggy trying his absolute hardest to make everyone hate him, i went into this album with a pretty annoyed mindset.
