this is my introduction to metal and i was honestly blown away with a few songs. i know with time it’ll grow on me even more

i understand why a few of these songs weren’t on the album, but more of them should’ve been.

when he uses the right sounds it’s beyond great but inconsistent as a whole. I loved a few songs on it tho, like suppressor and 03 pain

it’s just a little bland in all honesty. samples are consistently good tho

the highs are good the lows are fucking miserable

There is SO much potential with this. His voice does get a tad bit tedious but the production is very solid and makes up for some of it. Centre of the Earth, IT WASN'T A MISTAKE, IT WAS FATE, and golden child are really really good songs. Again tons of potential.

In MIKE’s magnum opus, Beware of the Monkey, he digs deep into themes of coping with depression while creating a masterpiece of music. With each song flowing into the other seamlessly, not one second of this album is a burden to sit through. This mixed with top tier production and lyricism makes this perfect for me.

Fr tho this album gets hate bc its nowhere near as good as BlackBolShevik and his other EPs but I really enjoy how exciting this album is. The production in some of these songs are incredible too. I will say some of these songs just straight up dont have the substance compared to others in this mixtape.

This is debatably my favorite kanye album. It's pretty up and down, but damn is it good on the ups.

This album is just solid. I can't point out any major flaws, and the production, features, and lyricism is very very consistent. I don't have too much to say except for straight consistency throughout the entire album.

Just overall a very enjoyable project. He isn't in his prime yet, but his potential is hard to miss. songs like who? are lacking substance, but no doubt that will come with time.

I honestly couldn't tell you exactly why i enjoy certain songs on this album. I mean i had no idea and PANIC ROOM! is my most streamed song ever. Like dawg i dont remember that at all. The lows on this album arent great but this is just idk its so enjoyable. Something about how the autotune vocals flow on the calm production is ear porn its amazing.

i discovered the song “fuck the nordic model” about a year after this released, and didn’t give the full album a listen until around 2023. this is fucking wonderful. it just scratched my brain the right way. the production mixed w his flow is just unbeaten. this is no doubt one of my favorite albums of 2021.

Body High contains my favorite lucki song ever. Xan Cage is an absolute work of BEAUTY. Ugh I cant express how underrated i think this album is. The production is so fucking good and the lyricism on songs like Witchcraft and Xan Cage are just flawless. The highs on this album, like Told Me, Witchcraft, Slow Down, Reflections, and Xan Cage really sort of carry this album, as some of the other songs are still pretty good but a tad boring.
