Pre-listening: I was never a fan of Million Dollar Baby and absolutely hated how much Spotify tried to shove that song down my throat everytime I let autoplay play the next song but I am still going to go in this album with an open mind. Wish me luck.
Mid-listening:
ELEPHANT IN THE ROOM
This song is aesthetically pleasing albeit a bit generic. I am not a fan of the vocal effect that he uses throughout the song, the vocals work for hooks but not for the verses. The beat is nothing to write home ... read more

This shit is good *Incorrect Buzzer*
This shit is great *Incorrect Buzzer*
This shit is a goddamn masterpiece *Correct Buzzer*
No, I am not on druhgs
And thus with this project I have fully listened (not rated) to all of Kendrick's albums. Now time to wait for 5 more years for him to drop a new album.
Anyways, this is a pretty good debut for who is now one of the best rappers of our generation. This album is like a capsule of ideas that Kendrick ends up properly flushing later on like the Jazzy production similar to TPAB or the storytelling on songs like Keisha's Song which is basically SAMIDOT-Lite (Not dissing either, they are ... read more
I got goosebumps when I heard the choruses of Brittle Bones Nicky Part 1 & 2 at the end. They were like some of the earliest songs that I heard. (Oh my god its been so long. Also wow this site really hates Brittle Bones Nicky lmao personally I find them pretty ok but really nostalgic for me.)
"I took my shirt off in the yard and it's still off" -Phil Elverum
"'This is a picture of me when I was younger', Every picture you take is of you when you were younger" -A random YT live chat
"This is Microphones in 2020" -Hakita (Creator of ULTRAKILL [YOOO])
"canadda" -Also Phil

[EDIT: 95->88 Yeah, no, It isn't as good as a 95 for me.]
Kingslayer is the best song from this "EP" is basically an objective fact at this point.
WHAT THE FUCK DID THEY DO TO MEAT GRINDER? (Not in a good way)
Minor complaint: Accordion Remix doesn't even have a accordion in it. Otherwise, it is much better than whatever the hell was Meat Grinder. Still not as good as the album version.
Money Folder Remix is really good. It sounds really good and has its own style to differentiate itself from the og song like a good remix. All in all, great song. Wish the other songs were like this.
Great Day Remix is also a good remix. Replacing ... read more

[EDIT: WHY THE FUCK DID I LISTEN TO THIS? ESPECIALLY AFTER LISTENING TO A LONELY SINNER? HA]
Lyrically ok-bad (worst-silly_pee_song), Instrumentally ok, thankfully pretty short. also, sudden helluva boss reference (I guess not a surprise considering Loona exists).
My soul left my body and went into another plane of existence altogether while listening to this album. Some of these songs did look a little overwhelming at the start mostly due to their length but it is worth it to hear those sweet, sweet, soul raised to higher plane of existence, rock goodness especially in songs like Philautia. I would somewhat prefer if that songs was shorter and went to the rock part much quicker because that is the best part of this whole album.
The production is ... read more
Really loving this rock inspired sound that Peggy went with on this album.
My man is SCREAMING. I don't understand what he's screaming but he is screaming.
I know that there are lyrics to these songs but I wasn't looking at them for this album because I feel that this project lives off of vibes only (again because I don't know how a human can decipher what this man is saying).
Actually originally I was gonna write a review about how I like but don't love the album because of the screaming but now while relistening to it. I somewhat changed ... read more
I squealed like a little kid when I saw that ISSBROKIE got a Danny Brown feature. First Darkie and now Danny Brown, she really is popping off.
Otherwise, the song is pretty ok but it leaves me a bit disappointed, It is much more laid back than what both of these artists have been making more recently but I can't help but feel that this type of music doesn't really work for either of them (or maybe it's just me). I would have definitely wanted a bit more from this collab than an ... read more
Shoutouts to my classmates who told me about this song. I would have never found out about this if it weren't for them. (Yeah, I'm that out of touch with my country's music scene.)
Everyday, I think "Am I being way too positive with the scores of the album that I rate?" but then I realise what a true 0 album sounds like and I feel like "Nah I'm fine"
I seriously couldn't sit through this shit despite it only being 4 minutes long, it is that bad. The concept is highly disgusting and in no way funny in any sort of way. Who told this motherfucker that making fun of a guy who was grieving about the loss of a loved one was a good idea?
Nothing ... read more
I feels like I should have a lot more to write for this album after listening to it but I really don't know what to write. You know its easier to write a review for an album which you love and much easier to write for an album which you have some issues with but this album is just ok. Nothing more, nothing less. A bit anticlimactic for the final Childish Gambino album but still
[EDIT: 53->45 >:( ]
Much of the hype has died for this album so (like always) I'm pretty late to actually reviewing this album. That's pretty Cool :3. Note that I listened to this album on the Brad stream so my first reaction to this album was more positive than most others. Now for the review
This shit is way too long, Guilty Conscience 2 would have been a perfect finale for the album, like this shit did not need to be over an hour long. Even though some of the songs post ... read more
