Another great ep, though two of the new songs here are great, there are two shining stars, Infinite Jest and Peas Theme. peas theme rests as one of my favorite songs of the year so far.
definitely a letdown from what I expected but thats only in tylers standards. for anyone else this is a pretty perfect album. I associate tyler with so many emotions and memories but this album feels a bit more spotty to me, not to say there arent some incredible songs, but the bad songs stick out much more than previous projects.
best songs: St. Chroma, Thought I was Dead, Like Him
worst songs: Judge Judy, Hey Jane, I Hope You Find Your Way Home
LISTEN, Steve Harvey is so much fun, Bamboo is wild, Like me a Lot is one of the stupidest songs ive ever heard, even if its just entertainment factor, this album is a fun listen
The fact that a Peggy album is crossing the 80-85 boundary for me is crazy, to me Peggy was always just another great artist but this album is only growing on me after seeing him perform it live, and I don’t think it’s gonna grow off any time soon, pretty much every song here I love. The only one I’m not a fan of is “It’s Dark and Hell is Hot” the beat is just so corny. But so many of his debatably best songs ever on here, “Either on or Off the ... read more
Radiohead is one of the only artists/bands that has so many songs in my favorites of all time. It’s like one song off each of their albums. This album obviously has True Love Waits. The artistry behind this song is amazing, it sounds like an old artist with years of masterful ideas behind them, just pouring everything left out onto a canvas and letting you see their very last ideas. Other than that song this album is a somber and depressing piece, cold reverbed sounds Have a wash over ... read more
I love Radiohead so much man. This shit is so cool. The soundscape is cold and icy. The instrumentation is glitchy on the surface but has deeply rooted lush green leaves of sound below the surface. I loved HTDC before finding this album and now Motion Picture Soundtrack is maybe in my top 10 songs ever
Favs: Everything in its right place, MPS, HTDC
Yeah thats what i woulda did. this album is so cool. im seeing her live in august with Jpeg and Idk whos set will be cooler.
This is cool though, Goldfish sets the darker tone and then it never feels like that again until Buzzcut, Daisy. every other track is nice and loud, blown out drums, loud ass synths, pretty awesome
Oh yeah, this is awesome. suicide and a penis on the cover, and PEZ on the cover? This is incredible.
Ballad of a Poor Man solos
some absolute bangers here, but overall, these tracks do a great job at blending into eachother and not doing much new over each track, he does that style really well on Ghost Pop Tapes but for now it feels awkwards.
Favs: Neon Kitchen, Trophy Kids
nothing offensively bad here, nice welcoming DnB with Jungle esc pads and synths. Ethereal instruments, really transports you to another place. Idk why Asian Glow and Parannoul are on here, but im not complaining.
favs: Guessabelle, Dive
one of the first indie masterpieces, every song here is littered with unique live instrumentation and heartfelt singing performances, something for everyone here.
favorite: Predatory Wasp of the Palisades
Least Favorite: The Man of Metropolis
the greatest instrumental ever and a guy who would be played by Jonah Hill yelling, 10/10 its perfect
best song: Map of the Stars
hoooly shit, he did the thing
best song: Please Don't Cry
I kinda rock with some of the beats here but other than that, this is really corny. he rehashes old flows on pretty much all these songs, Fuel is trying so hard to be without me, Habits was a really really hard listen, This couldve been a cool album because the concept is cool but he has like 4 lines across this album that actually sticks to the concept. Babytron is awesome and JID delivers a fine verse on fuel, JID is fine right now but i'd really rather hear him on an interesting beat. ... read more
bjork wiggled her way into my 99s tier. this album is beautiful. the production is a gorgeous tapestry and the vocals are the liquid that fills whatever form the tapestry takes. the lyrical imagery and close, vulnerable themes are sometimes confusing, sometimes heartwrenching. an album that followed me through many awkward stages and I managed to find love in every song on the tracklist.
Best songs: hidden place, it’s not up to you, heirloom
Ts is not for me, sometimes when you walk into a house you’ve never been in, it has a smell that you’ve never smelled before and this album somehow has a smell, this shit smells like dust and cum. They use the same 4 drums over this entire project and the melodies blend into each other. Nothing interesting happens over this entire runtime besides the guitar in deer god. And that gets ruined by the rapping and shitty drums. I like death grips but somehow this is too much for me
It’s not great but I will stand by a few of these tracks
Pi is a perfect song, it is a 10/10 banger, all 10/10 verses, a 10/10 beat, j cole delivers one of his best verses ever. This verse of his runs laps around anything Drake has ever written and is so much fun to listen to. This song is one of his best ever and I’ll stand by that.
Pricy is a banger and a great album intro
Sticks and Stones has an Incredible beat, no comment on j Cole’s verse

This album is instrumented with the brain of a musical genius living with the instrumentation of the future. But it was made in 2000 and took nine days. This album is the culmination of something that I can only describe as wizardry. I only give it an 80 because it doesn’t have much replay value but this album is pretty close to a masterpiece, I just put so much value in replayability.
