Luiz Gonzaga - Danado de Bom
86

Luiz Gonzaga - A Triste Partida
80

Luiz Gonzaga - A História do Nordeste
83

melhor álbum de 1955 que eu já ouvi

The Mothers of Invention - Uncle Meat
81

pretty lukewarm cut from the mothers imo, though frank zappa was starting to work on a solo career at this point.
sleeping in a jar sounds pretty magestic, i wonder what they put about it on genius.com!

Sérgio Sampaio - Eu Quero É Botar Meu Bloco Na Rua
83

Punk paulista ✅ → Disruptivo, tropicalista e descolonial

Gentle Giant - Gentle Giant
80

When the Giant is Gentle, consider my realization "birthed". Jokes aside it's a nice take on prog rock from when the genre was just starting to branch off King Crimson.

Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Emerson, Lake & Palmer
80

Very classy prog-rock, I for one didn't know Johann Sebastian Bach was chill like that

Mukeka Di Rato - Gaiola
86

NÃO CONSEGUIRÃO ME TORNAR INVÁLIDO NAAAAAAOOOOO

The Who - Who's Next
89

The Who really went from beatsy garage rock to pioneer dad rock in 6 years and idk if this sentence even makes sense

The Who - Tommy
79

this album has a great concept that is transmitted very carefully through its lyrics, but it got really boring for me when i realized there was no sonic catharsis to get me on a different song structure. sorry

Jamiroquai - Travelling Without Moving
85

Virtual Insanity and Cosmic Girl are timeless, sure, but this album kinda felt more like a compilation than the icon for Jamiroquai's Grand Shift to a disco influenced sound. Also the didgeridoo tracks are very meaningful to me, i dig them.

Mukeka Di Rato - Acabar com Você
84

VIVA, VIVA A TELEVISÃO!!! AGAGAGAGAGAGAGG

Magma - Magma [Kobaïa]
80

German people doing weird art, a tale as old as time

King Crimson - In the Court of the Crimson King
100

Easily the most influential of all things prog-rock, drifting away from the academic side of using classical composition elements on rock music instrumentation, repackaging it in a medieval and vaguely fantastic theme-concept. King Crimson, while focusing on the more cathartic potential of its craft, was not afraid to get noisy and provocative — an element of Hard Rock, also getting started in the late 60's. There's a lot of things I appreciate about this album, but its ... read more

Marcelinho MeteBala - Quebradeira Pura
95

[Etazhi]
85

timeless, distressing goth-inspired rock from Belarus. Wish there was more like it this day and age... Etazhi sounds really well for it's runtime, not much replayable in my opinion, but surely it's a matter of taste.

"@PlugnstyleKalo ok, i didn't listen to it from the start, but now I get how it sounds good to other people. I also listened to "Magic I want U" and I found it relatively more similar to what i'd listen to. My conclusion: Rage/trap songs are too different from what i currently enjoy for me to criticize as an outsider."
