This was some super fun and sick old school death core by some younger people. I really think the first track is super cool with the intro. The lows are just classically brutal, I do think the highs could use some work but who am I to judge. The last track was super nice and calm and unexpected. Favorite song "Two Girls One Chainsaw (Intro)".
Just another mid death metal album, I struggle to listen to death metal because I feel like the vocals aren't my favorite even though the instrumentation is nice. I just naturally prefer other genres more. Favorite song "Crazed Killer".
I don't really like death metal much but this wasn't the worst I've heard from it. There was some cool instrumental moments with some sick grooves but that was about it. Favorite song "Fortress Of Torture".
This is a super fast paced brutal 6 minute EP that doesn't give you a second to rest. There is some very nice groove moments throughout here and amazing breakdowns. Favorite song "Dissimulation".
I honestly don't even know how I found this band because their so underground, but it's a mix of trying to be old school death core and death metal. The first track is death metal sided then I noticed it somewhat flips every track. The 3rd track is for sure the worst with a stupid sound in the background the whole time. Favorite song "You Won't Be Spared".
This band seems to combined some old death core sounding riffs into this project which I think is pretty cool. There is also a lot of death metal vibes coming from here. overall super solid with no bad songs. Favorite song "Out Of Your Control".
This actually slammed so fucking hard at so many points on here. This is really good metal core with such heavy moments. I really do enjoy all of these tracks on here and the uniqueness and diversity throughout this whole record. The breakdowns on here slam so hard also. Favorite song "Time and Turmoil".
This was super groovy and a ton of sick moments with awesome riffs. A few songs were weaker than other which is why this isn't higher but super solid honestly. I really do enjoy the technicality on here too. Favorite songs "New Millennium Cyanide Christ" and "Corridor Of Chameleons".
Sooo close to an 80 but I feel like it couldn’t just be an 80 for me. But super solid, there was a lot of metalcoreish vibes from this. And some really sick guitar sections like at the end of the track “These Countless Sleepless Nights”. A lot of cool breakdowns throughout here. Favorite tracks “These Countless Sleepless Nights” and “All Alone”.
This is a decent EP by a band who comes back after a break. I have heard some of their songs from their earlier eras and I love them so I'm very excited to listen to those projects. there's nothing bad on here but nothing that will stand out and too unique. Favorite song "The One To Blame".
For sure Fromjoy’s best project yet. The instruments were amazing on here and the vocals were really neat. One of my favorite tracks I’ve heard in a long time is “Helios” with is being an instrumental and the jazz on it is absolutely beautiful I love how they added that in. Favorite track “Helios”.
This is honestly a really sick and a new route for KL, Bryan sounds sick but the rapping on a track like this is really different and I love it. The “Bleaugh” at the end was also super hard. So excited to see how they keep progressing from here.
this album was super solid, I kind of like that the tracks were pretty short too. There was definitely a lot of pretty cool moments on this record for sure. I'm very excited to listen to their latest release. Favorite song "Phantom Bullet".
Super atmospheric and it seems like their getting better each time. Each part of what they do is becoming more unique and it's like their level is elevating through every release. The Final stretch of the track "Monochrome" was super strong. And the final track "Ataraxia" is super atmospheric with a very unique sound throughout the whole track. I'm becoming more and more excited to hear their albums next. Favorite song "Monochrome".
This was a big step-up from their last EP, I found myself to really enjoy the atmospheric sounds on here and I felt much more immersed in the music this time. The song "Daedalus" was super good and atmospheric and groovy, so far the best song I've heard from them. Favorite song "Daedalus".
I mean it's 2 songs and 5 minutes of run time... You can't expect something crazy out of this. It is pretty solid along the 2 songs, but nothing I can standout remember. Favorite song "Sound Of Doubt".
This was pretty different sounding then what I normally listen too. This band really gives off the vibe of Gojira and Tool combined in my opinion. I am going to listen to their albums above maybe an 80 or higher because I know they have multiple with that. Favorite song "Soul burn".
This just seemed very overproduced and very forgettable to me. Kind of the same as their first LP. From track to track I didn't grow a good connection to this record and it felt boring throughout the whole thing. No favorite song.
Not a bad first LP, some pretty cool cover art here too. This album was very abstract and technical at the same time which was super cool. I really was invested in the track "After Image" because it was so calm and elegant. Some downsides though was the overproduction of some parts especially the breakdowns. Favorite song "After Image".
